Welcome to my new and completely awesome auto transport website.

First let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Ayall and I'm one of the leaders in the auto transport industry. Having done this kind of work for the last 10 years, I think it's fair to say that I've pretty much heard it all. So I figure this: why not share all of my knowledge with the community so that everyone who's interested in using auto transport can have their questions answered quickly and truthfully? Seem's like a great idea, eh...

 What I want to do here is create an online forum where you can ask questions and get answers to some of the most common auto transport issues. I think that this service will be far superior to the method that most auto transport consumers get their information (i.e. from salespeople.) 

The only way to make smart decisions is to have good information, so here's my first stab at making this happen.

Let's get down to business today. The first thing that you must think about is what you want to accomplish with auto transport. Do you want affordable rates? Reliable service? Something that's really easy to set up? Are you looking for a 1-on-1 relationship with your auto transport from beginning to end?

I would imagine that most people would enjoy all of that. It's reasonable to assume (from all of my experience) is that consumers of auto transport EXPECT that from auto transporters. But when shopping for transport quotes, one must be very careful in when and whom they choose in order to realize these expectations. 

There are (unfortunately) a substantial number of auto shippers out there that over sell and under perform. What I mean by over selling is that a company may try to make a route seem very easy, that pick up dates will be soon, and so on, when in reality the fate of such a contract is much more dubious. Transporters under perform in that they sometimes fail to live up to their contractual obligations, often doing so in a "shady" and unprofessional manner (e.g. won't return phone calls, give straight answers, and so on.)

Therefore, in order to sure you get the right company for you, you must do some independent research. Look up reviews, educate yourself about the business, and make sure any auto transport company that you're thinking about using is accredited.
